You don't lack willpower, self-discipline, or accountability.
Research has completely debunked those notions, although they unfortunately persist, especially in fitness culture.
The truth is, you have obstacles. Real obstacles.
You have conflicting important priorities that create scheduling challenges that seem insurmountable.
You have interruptions that make it doubly hard to get back to any routine you thought was established.
You also have internal obstacles—limiting beliefs about yourself and perspectives about fitness and diet that make healthy choices harder and no damned fun at all.
These obstacles stop MOST people.
And off-the-shelf fitness and diet plans just DON'T ADDRESS these real-world obstacles...
Which is why they don't work over time. And why we get stuck in that cycle to nowhere.
But these obstacles CAN be identified and set aside. When that happens, essential health practices becomes easy and enjoyable.

I found this radically simple approach by studying Perpetual Exercisers.
Perpetual Exercisers are regular folks who exercise daily without requiring willpower, self-discipline, or accountability to do so.
It turns out they are NOT different on the surface from those who struggle to get started and to stick with fitness.

After years of testing in the lab of my own life and collaborations with clients, I learned how to reverse engineer this shift of perspective and experience...
And to bring it about consciously and intentionally.
